Full-Service Wedding Planning
Investment: $8,000 – $10,000
Kick back and relax! Our wedding planning package is a comprehensive service designed to lead you through all the stages of planning your wedding, from A to Z. This includes vendor selection and management, a detailed design plan, logistical planning down to the last detail, and on-site coordination of your rehearsal and wedding day.
Coordination & Consulting
Investment: $5,000
This package offers hands-on assistance with finalizing the details of your day, including completion of vendor orders, layout creation, and timeline development. You’ll also get a few powerful resources and access to our team for expert advice from the time you reserve. Choose this package if you are lining up all your vendors and have a clear overall vision for your day, but all the little details make your head spin. We’ll pull it all together and put the finishing touches on your most memorable day!
Wedding Coordination
Investment: $3,000
Do you want to plan your wedding and enjoy it, too? If you are comfortable with planning, but don’t want to be the one in charge on your wedding day, this package is for you. Featuring high involvement the week of your wedding, with most prior contact limited to gathering and organizing your wedding details, this package is designed to take the stress out of your wedding day.
Additional Wedding Services
Decorating & Teardown
Investment: starts at $500
Need someone to handle the decorations and transform your space while you get ready? This is our lightest service, with charges based on an hourly rate. Decorating is included with coordination packages.
Add the convenience of teardown service to any package, starting at $500, so you can take off at the end of the evening without a care.
Guest Concierge
Investment: $2,000
Provide your guests with all the resources they need to make a wonderful trip out of your wedding weekend, without ever having to lift a finger.
We’ll arrange room blocks, design your wedding website, customize and mail your save-the-dates and invitations, collect RSVP’s, assemble and deliver welcome bags, and be the point of contact for guest inquiries.
Wedding Weekend Events
Investment: varies
We are available to plan and/or coordinate additional events surrounding your wedding day. Think rehearsal dinners, bridal lunches, day-after brunches, and welcome parties.
These services are available alongside a planning or coordination package, or as a stand-alone service if your wedding day is covered. Please inquire for more details!
